Scope

Truly a reimagining of the industrial unit. Overlooking the south channel of the Hunter River is the latest Cubby Hole industrial micro unit development.

Located in the Steel River industrial precinct, these units provide a wider use case by offering services not generally associated with industrial units.

To make these spaces usable and inviting for businesses and individuals meant windows! And lots of them.

All units overlooking the river boasted floor to ceiling glazing measuring a massive 3m wide and 5.8m high.

Across the development, Hunter Windows designed, manufactured and installed our largest industrial windows project to date, with 131 louvre windows, as well as 27 hinged, and 22 bi-fold glass doors.

The Specifics

The end result was quite stunning, and once again we are proud to have teamed up with other Hunter businesses (Hunter Precast, Hunter Structural Steel) and GWH on this project.

Hungry Jacks

This new build restaurant in Tighes Hill incorporates a range of commercial framing, glazing and large panel installations. Hunter Windows undertook both supply and install.

  • 100mm front glazed frame

Waterview Apartments

Waterview apartments in Belmont NSW are a boutique development overlooking beautiful Lake Macquarie, designed to capture the essence of living lakeside. These high-end apartments are spacious, stylish and featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car spaces and secure storage. Also featured are floor to ceiling aluminium glass windows and sliding doors.
